Seasonal rates effective mid-May through mid-October.  Low-season rates vary depending on time and length of stay.

Rates based on double occupancy. Extra guests $15/nt or $75/wk

Weekly reservations only during July & August. A minimum length of stay may be required for holidays.

A one-time pet fee of $35.00 per stay applies for one pet.  There are additional fees for additional pets.

A cleaning fee of $45.00 is added to one-night stays.

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking with the balance due two weeks before your arrival date.  If the reservation is made within one month of arrival, payment in full may be required.

Cancellation Policy: In case of cancellation up to one month before arrival, a full refund will be given; cancellation within one month of arrival may result in a charge of one night's stay or forfeiture of deposit or full reservation amount. Reservations for the months of July and August require a 2-month (60-day) advance notice of cancellation to be eligible for a full refund.
