Sunset Cove Cottages Accommodation Rates

SUNSET COVE RESERVATION POLICIES

  • A deposit of 50% of total rental fee is due at time of booking to secure reservation. Balance of rental fee is due 30 days prior to arrival.
  • Payment: Acceptable payment methods are: Interact e-transfer and credit card.
  • Maximum occupancy for the Falling Creek cottage is 4 persons and the Boathouse cottage is 2 persons. The nightly price is based on four persons occupancy; any additional persons will be $25.00 extra per night.
  • The Boathouse Cottage is an adult oriented cottage and not suitable for children. The Falling Creek Cottage is family-friendly and children are welcome.
  • Extra guests $25/night.
  • A cleaning fee of $55 will be added to your stay in addition to GST ( Provincial tax)
  • Check-in time is 4:00PM; Check-out is 10:00AM.
  • 3 night minimum stay for long weekends and holidays
  • No smoking
  • Pets not allowed
  • We will not charge damage deposit, however any damages will be charged on your credit card.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Policy: If guest wishes to cancel your reservation, the deposit will be refunded as follows. A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellations for a full refund. Statutory Holiday weekends will be fully refunded with thirty day notice. A fourteen (14) day cancellation notice, 50% will be refunded. A credit card cancellation or changes that result in a shortened stay will be charged an administration fee of up to $50. Since our cancellation polices are more restrictive than a hotel we encourage all renters to purchase traveller insurance.
