If you have an up-to-date BC saltwater
fishing licence, throw out the crab trap with
some old chicken or raw fish pieces, and for your reward
you may haul it out later to provide fresh caught crab
for dinner. Cook it in a big pot of seawater over the
fire, and serve it up with some lemon and butter for
a messy and authentic British Columbia seaside meal.
Toss a big green salad, throw down a loaf of french
bread, and toast each other with a crisp glass of wine
in one of BC's most glorious eateries. You'll never
miss restaurants again.
